How to get your files
Files are not attached to the Shopify email. After paying, go to “Download your purchase” on this site and enter your checkout email and order number to download.

Tap Buy on any painting or collection. Checkout opens on colormelt.shop (Shopify) in a new tab.

Pay there. Shopify emails you an order confirmation with your order number (for example #1001).

Come back to this site and open “Download your purchase” (in the menu and at the bottom of every page).

Enter the email you used at checkout and your order number, then tap “Show my files”.

Tap Download for each painting. Links last 15 minutes — come back any time for fresh links.
Good to know
Use the exact email you typed at checkout. The order number is on your Shopify confirmation email, with or without the “#”.
You receive only the paintings you paid for. A collection unlocks every painting in that collection.
Files are large (about 19–165 MB each). Download on Wi-Fi, and save them somewhere safe.
These are digital files only — nothing is shipped. See the personal use license.
Questions about files
Is anything shipped?
No. You buy digital files only — no print, canvas or frame is shipped.
What file do I get?
One full-resolution JPG per painting, downloaded one at a time. There is no ZIP. Files are large, roughly 19–165 MB each, so use Wi-Fi.
How big can I print?
Every painting reaches at least 24×36 in (36×36 in for square works) at 300 DPI. Each painting's page lists its exact pixel size and print sizes.
Where are my files after paying?
Not in the Shopify email. Come to “Download your purchase” on this site and enter your checkout email and order number.
Can I download again later?
Yes, as long as the order stays paid. Each visit to “Download your purchase” creates fresh links. A refunded or cancelled order no longer unlocks files. There is no set download count limit.
My link stopped working.
Download links expire after 15 minutes for security. Go back to “Download your purchase” and enter your details again for new links.
I can't find my order email.
Check spam or promotions for an email from colormelt.shop. You need the order number from it; the files don't arrive by email.
It says it can't match my order.
Use the exact email typed at checkout and the order number, with or without “#”. After 5 failed tries, wait 15 minutes.
Saving on iPhone
Tap Download, then open it from the Downloads list in Safari (or the Files app → Downloads) and choose Save Image if you want it in Photos.
Saving on Android
Tap Download. The file goes to your Downloads folder; open it with Files or Gallery.
Saving on a computer
Click Download. The JPG saves to your Downloads folder. Keep a backup copy.
Refunds and support
Refunds are handled by colormelt.shop under its store policies. For order problems, contact colormelt.shop. This site doesn't set its own refund terms.
