Need help finding your order?

Where is my order number?: It's in the order confirmation email from colormelt.shop, usually in the subject or at the top, for example "Order #1042". It's also on the thank-you page Shopify shows right after payment. Type the digits only, or include the #.
Which email do I use?: The exact email you typed at Shopify checkout. That's the address the confirmation email was sent to.
Can't find the confirmation email?: Check your spam and promotions folders and search for "colormelt". It can take a few minutes to arrive.
Links expired or you need the files again?: Enter your details again on this page for fresh links. This works as long as the order stays paid. No account or sign-in is needed.
